HR Manager
Experience - Minimum 5 years
Human resources managers plan, direct, and coordinate the HR functions of our organization. He should oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff and serve as a link between and the management and employees. Human resources managers are also in charge of creating and implementing personal development plans and training programmes designed to enhance the skills of our human resources. He is responsible for establishing monitoring and evaluation of various reports for measuring employee performance and satisfaction. HR Manager is responsible for encouraging the implementation of good HR practices and for supporting change management processes and initiatives designed to enable business growth and respond to key trends. HR Manager is a key figure for our company’s employees and its management.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage recruitment and selection of staff
- Plan and conduct new employee induction and orientation
- Identify and manage training and development needs for employees
- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
- Preparation of organization manual and employee handbook
- Review and update employee rules and regulations
- Administer HR policies and procedures and ensure those are in line with the company’s vision
- Administer compensation and benefits schemes
- Support annual salary review
- Implement and monitor performance management system
- Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes
- Administer employee discipline processes
- Conduct exit interviews
- Maintain the human resource information system and employee database
- Coordinate employee safety, welfare and wellness
- Maintain and upkeep legal documents and employee records.

Logistics / Transportation Manager
Experience - Minimum 5 years
Logistics and Transportation Manager is responsible for getting goods to the right place at the right time and organising the distribution of goods. You'll ensure that the right products are delivered to the right location on time and at a good cost. You may also be involved in transportation, stock control, warehousing and monitoring the flow of goods.
Understanding the whole supply chain is important so that you can coordinate it effectively and liaise with suppliers, wholesalers, retailers and consumers.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage supply chain and vehicle routes
- Allocate and manage drivers / staff according to changing needs
- Evaluate performance and quality of the vehicles & drivers and to plan improvements
- Manage and monitor staff on a regular basis
- Conduct staff training on a regular basis
- Knowledge in IT systems to manage stock levels, delivery times and transport costs
- Improve customer satisfaction analysing logistical problems and implementing new solutions
- Ensure the health and safety of all employees under the Logistics department.
- Motivate other members of the team
- Upkeep the documents records of all vehicles and employees up-to-date
- The preparation of management reports by analysing various data

Experience - Minimum 5 years
